Method
1.Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and bacon onto eight pre-soaked bamboo skewers.
2.Preheat a char-grill pan or barbecue plate on medium.
3.Drizzle skewers with flavoured olive oil of choice (lemon, herb, chilli or garlic). Chargrill for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to taste.
4.Serve skewers with tzatziki for dipping and accompanied with Greek salad and toasted flatbread.
