Method
1.Heat oil in a saucepan on medium. Gently cook onion and garlic, 2-3 minutes, stirring, until softened. Add beans and half the water and simmer, 5 minutes.
2.Add tomato sauce, treacle or molasses, mustard powder and remaining water. Cook 10 minutes, until sauce thickens and beans are very soft. Season to taste and serve on hot buttered toast.
