Prosciutto di Parma forks with gorgonzola and walnuts

This is a simple, no-fuss canapé option. The prosciutto could be substituted with bresaola or mortadella.

Method

1.Place 4 forks on a chopping board. Skewer a slice of prosciutto lengthways onto each fork. Gently place a piece of gorgonzola on top, then add a slice of pear and some grated walnut.
2.Drizzle vincotto or balsamic on a serving plate, then arrange prosciutto forks on the plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
