Method
1.Heat a work or large frying pan on high. Add oil; swirl to coat.
2.Add asparagus, chopped coriander and ginger. Toss 1 minute. Add prawns, garlic and chilli. Cook further 3-4 minutes, tossing constantly.
3.Toss in sesame oil, sesame seeds and lime juice. Scatter with coriander leaves. Serve with lime wedges and steamed rice.
