Method
1.Heat oil in a frying pan on high. Saute onion, garlic and chilli for 2-3 minutes. Stir in capsicum.
2.Add sauce and wine (use wine to rinse out sauce jar). Bring to the boil on high. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
3.Stir in prawns and cook for 3-5 minutes until they change colour and are cooked through. Season to taste. Serve pasta topped with sauce. Sprinkle with feta, parsley and onion.
