Method
1.Prepare noodles according to packet directions.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok on high. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, without browning, until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned.
3.Add beansprouts, green onion, fish sauce and sugar and cook for 1 minute. Add drained noodles to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes, until heated through. Scatter with coriander and serve.
