Method
1.Boil, steam or microwave potato and peas, separately, until tender; drain. Mash potato; stir in peas and cream. Season to taste.
2.Meanwhile, cook pork in heated oiled large frying pan until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Serve pork with mash.
Serve the cutlets with a spoonful of sweet apple sauce, if liked.
