Method
1.In a large heavy-based saucepan or flameproof casserole pan, heat oil on medium-high and brown pork in batches for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2.Add onion to pan and cook on low heat for 4 minutes, stirring, until softened. Add paprika and garlic and cook, stirring, for another minute.
3.Add pork, green beans, carrot and stock. Increase heat to medium-high. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until pork is tender.
4.Add cannellini beans and tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes, until heated through. Season, spoon into bowls, scatter with coriander and serve with bread.
