Method

1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add pork in batches and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
2.Add onion, garlic and ginger to same wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until tender.
3.Return pork to wok with baby bok choy, broccolini, sugar snap peas, soy and sweet chilli sauce and juice. Stir- fry for 2-3 minutes, until greens begin to wilt.

It is important to stir-fry on high heat to prevent food from stewing in its juices.
