Tomato salsa
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 190°C. Slice the pita breads in half and brush the inside of each piece lightly with the olive oil then sprinkle over the sea salt. Stack the oiled and salted pieces and slice them into wedges.
2.Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until they are light golden and crisp.
3.While the chips are baking, place the salsa ingredients in a bowl and mix them together lightly. Serve the pita crisps hot with the salsa for dipping.
