Method
1.Cook spaghettini in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Add bacon. Cook 2-3 minutes, until brown. Reduce heat to medium, toss through squash and garlic. Cook 6 minutes, until squash is golden and just tender.
3.Add spaghettini, parsley and 1/4 cup parmesan to pan. Toss together 2 minutes, until spaghettini warms through. Top with remaining parmesan. Serve with crusty bread.
