Method
1.Remove and discard skin from chicken. Combine chicken, mustard, peppercorns, garlic, juice, chives and 2 tablespoons of the oil in large bowl.
2.Heat remaining oil in large frying pan; cook onion, stirring, until soft.
3.Add chicken to pan; cook, brushing occasionally with peppercorn mixture, until chicken is browned both sides and cooked through.
