Method
1.Line two baking trays with baking paper. Heat sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan on medium, until boiling. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl. Add vanilla and then remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
2.Drop 2 teaspoon measures of mixture onto prepared trays and chill until set.
Place balls of dough on prepared trays and flatten slightly with your hand.
