Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a small saucepan on medium. Saute onion for 4-5 minutes, until soft. Transfer to a large bowl.
2.Add mince, feta, egg, herbs and allspice. Mix well. Shape mixture into 4 oval patties. Place on an oven tray and chill for 30 minutes.
3.Heat a barbecue on high. Spray patties, eggplant and tomatoes with oil.
4.Cook patties on the barbecue plate for 7-8 minutes each side, until brown and cooked through. Top each patty with 2 slices of mozzarella and cook for another 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
5.Cook eggplant and tomato on the barbecue grill for 1-2 minutes, until golden and tender.
6.Top sourdough with eggplant, tomato, patty, yoghurt and herbs.

Brush sourdough slices with olive oil and char-grill each side until golden.
