Ingredients: 150 gram frozen mixed berries, like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries; 1/4 cup (60ml) vodka; 1/4 cup (60ml) pomegranate liqueur; 1/2 cup (125ml) soda water

150 gram frozen mixed berries, like blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries

1/4 cup (60ml) vodka

1/4 cup (60ml) pomegranate liqueur

1/2 cup (125ml) soda water

Method

1.Place the frozen berries, vodka, pomegranate liqueur and soda water in a blender and process until smooth.

2.Pass through a sieve to remove any seeds. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Using frozen fruit in cocktails eliminates the need to add ice.
