Method

1.Blanch all beans with snowpeas in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water. Cool in iced water and drain. Remove and discard broad bean skins. Slice snowpeas diagonally.
2.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry leek, garlic and almonds 3 minutes, until soft. Add beans and snowpeas and stir-fry gently 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
