Method
1.Preheat oven to moderately hot, 190°C.
2.Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until beans are tender-crisp and bright green. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl. Allow to cool.
3.Pour combined oil, garlic, chilli and zest over. Season to taste and toss gently.
4.Serve sprinkled with tomato, almonds and parsley.
