Method

1.Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish, in a single layer, on prepared tray.
2.Combine miso, 1½ tablespoons mirin, garlic, ginger and onion in a small bowl. Spread miso mixture on top of fish. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
3.Combine sprouts, carrot and capsicum in a medium bowl. Add extra mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve fish with salad.

Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning with a mild, slightly sweet flavour. White miso paste is in the Asian food aisle.
