Method
1.Heat a barbecue flatplate to moderate heat. Combine mint, juice and oil in a medium bowl. Add fish; turn to coat. Barbecue fish for 3 minutes each side or until cooked.
2.Combine watercress, radish, capsicum, tomato, sprouts, extra juice and extra oil in a large bowl; toss to combine. Season.
3.Spoon salad onto serving plates; top with fish. Serve.
