1.Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and celery and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is soft. Set aside to cool.
2.Place the pork mince, onion mixture, grated apple, sage, egg, breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl. Mix together well.
3.Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 6 individual loaves. Wrap a rasher of bacon around each loaf.
4.Place the meatloaves into an oven dish lined with baking paper.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and the bacon is browned and crisp.
6.Serve with mashed potato and green vegetables.
