Ingredients

2 30cm ready-made pizza bases

1/3 cup (90g) pizza sauce

pineapple pieces, sliced ham, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, capsicum strips, sliced, stuffed green olives, pitted black olives, to decorate

1 1/2 cup (150g) grated mozzarella

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line two baking trays with baking paper.

2.Cut eight 7.5cm-rounds, hearts or other shapes from each pizza base using biscuit cutters. Place shapes on prepared trays.

3.Spread with pizza sauce and decorate to make faces. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 10-15 minutes, until bases are crisp and cheese melts. Serve.

It’s best not to place the mozzarella under the decorations, as they will slide off the pizzas as the cheese melts.
