Method

1.Microwave corn, in husks, on HIGH (100%) about 8 minutes. When cool enough to handle, peel back husks; remove silk.
2.Combine butter and chilli in a small bowl. Drop spoonfuls of butter onto corn; wrap and tie husks with kitchen string around corn to enclose. Cook corn on a barbecue grill plate until tender.
3.Meanwhile, rub pork with oil then seasoning mix. Cook pork on the oiled barbecue grill plate alongside corn, 5 minutes each side or until cooked as desired.
4.Remove corn husks, cut each cob into five pieces. Serve pork with corn.
