Method

1.Place steak flat on a board. Top each with a piece of pancetta, 1 slice capsicum and 2 basil leaves. Season to taste. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
2.Heat oil in a medium frying pan on high. Cook rolled meat for 5 minutes, turning, until browned on all sides. Finish seam-side down.
3.Pour pasta sauce over steaks and sprinkle with olives. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes, until cooked through, turning once. Serve with risoni, and top with rocket leaves.

Omit the capsicum and sprinkle each steak with a little grated mozzarella cheese, if preferred.
