1.Preheat oven 200°C/180°C fan forced. Spray 2 x 12cm (base measurement) metal pie plates with oil. Line prepared pie plates with pastry; chill for 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, cook potato in a medium saucepan of boiling water until tender. Drain; mash until smooth.
3.Heat oil in a medium frying pan over moderate heat. Add onion, mince and mushrooms; cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned.
4.Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute. Add 1/3 cup water and peas. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
5.Place pie plates on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven: fill with mince mixture. Using a 2cm star piping nozzle, pipe mashed potato over filling. Dot with butter. Bake tor 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with salad.
