Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup (375ml) unsweetened pineapple juice; 1 1/2 cup (375ml) orange juice; 1 1/4 cup (300ml) lemon juice; 1/3 cup (80ml) light rum; 2 tablespoon curacao or cointreau; crushed ice, to serve; 1/3 cup (80ml) dark rum; small flowers, to serve

1 1/4 cup (300ml) lemon juice

1/3 cup (80ml) light rum

2 tablespoon curacao or cointreau

crushed ice, to serve

1/3 cup (80ml) dark rum

small flowers, to serve

Method

1.In a large jug, combine juices, light rum and Curacao.

2.Half-fill tall glasses with crushed ice and add juice mixture. Float dark rum over each and decorate with flower to serve.
