Method
1.Cook linguine in a large saucepan of boiling, lightly salted water, following packet instructions. Drain well. Return to pan.
2.While pasta is hot, toss artichokes, tomatoes, parsley, parmesan, oil and butter through. Season to taste, tossing well. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
Olives, chopped prosciutto or char-grilled vegetables of choice can be added to this pasta.
