Method
1.Combine lamb in medium bowl with olive oil, lemon rind, garlic and fresh oregano; season. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
2.Stir in juice. Thread lamb onto 16 small bamboo skewers or strong toothpicks; cook skewers on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked through.
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to using to prevent them from scorching during cooking.
