Method
1.To make lemon dressing; combine ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well, season to taste.
2.Cut squid down centre to open out; score inside in diagonal pattern, then cut squid into 3cm strips. Combine squid, garlic, spice mix, rind and half the oil in medium bowl.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry squid, in batches, until tender. Remove from wok.
4.Divide asian greens, herbs and squid between serving plates; drizzle with lemon dressing.
