Method
1.Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry chicken, in batches, for about 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove from wok.
2.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry lemon grass and garlic for about 1 minute or until fragrant. Add gai lan, capsicum, juice and sauce; stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3.Return chicken to wok; stir-fry until hot. Serve.
