Method
1.Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Place potatoes in a large baking pan and toss with remaining ingredients.
2.Bake 50 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
To save time, microwave the potato chunks in a resealable plastic bag on high 5 minutes, or parboil them before tossing with remaining ingredients. It will cut down the cooking time in the oven by half.
