Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in medium frying pan, cook prosciutto, stirring, until crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
2.Cook lamb in same pan until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Remove from pan.
3.Cook garlic in same pan, stirring, until fragrant. Add wine, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, until liquid reduces by half. Add mascarpone and cream, cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens slightly.
4.Divide lamb among serving plates, top with prosciutto, drizzle with sauce.
5.Serve with steamed asparagus, if desired.

This recipe is best made just before serving. on the table in 25 minutes
