Method

1.In a small food processor, combine onion, herbs, garlic and spices.
2.In a bowl, combine lamb mince with spice paste. Shape into eight patties. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3.In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium- high. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes each side.
4.Serve patties with warm carrot salad, yoghurt and extra herbs.

Warm salad

5.In another frying pan, heat oil on medium. Sauté carrot and onion for 1-2 minutes. Add chickpeas and currants.
