1.Preheat oven to 190°C. Arrange tomato slices in an ovenproof dish. Season to taste. Top tomatoes with combined breadcrumbs and cheeses. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 10-12 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, preheat a chargrill on high. Trim excess fat from chops and curl in tails. Season to taste and top with thyme. Cook 4 minutes each side. Serve with gratin.
