Method

1.Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a frying pan on high. Sauté 1 small chopped onion for 4-5 minutes until tender. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
2.Meanwhile, make a tomato sauce: heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a small saucepan on medium sauté 1 crushed garlic clove for 1 minute, stir in 400g can diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon each brown sugar and malt vinegar, and simmer for 5 minutes.
3.Add 500g lamb mince, 1 small grated zucchini, 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs, 1 lightly beaten egg and 3 teaspoons rosemary leaves to onion in bowl. Shape mixture into 6 flat patties. Chill.
4.Heat a frying pan on high. Spray with oil and cook patties for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked through. Place cheese on the base of 6 toasted hamburger buns. Top with salad, patty and sauce.
