Method

1.In a jug, combine sauces, vinegar, onion, sugar, oil, garlic and ginger. Arrange steaks in shallow dish; pour half of marinade over. Reserve remaining marinade as dipping sauce. Chill, covered, 2 hours, turning once.
2.To make kimchi salad: in a salad bowl, toss all ingredients together.
3.Preheat char-grill pan on high. Cook steaks 1 minute each side. Cover; rest 2 minutes.
4.Serve steak with kimchi salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Accompany with dipping sauce.
