Method
1.Prepare the basic mince mix, replacing chutney with coriander and Moroccan spice mix. Divide mixture into 8 logs. Mould each around skewers to form sausage shapes.
2.Heat an oiled barbecue plate or large frying pan on high. Cook koftas 6-8 minutes, turning on all sides, until browned all over and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
3.In a bowl, combine yoghurt garlic, zest and juice. Season and mix well.
4.Serve kofta on bread with salad leaves, drizzled with yoghurt sauce and sprinkled with walnuts.
