Method
1.Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add meatballs; cook and turn for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan. Heat remaining oil in pan. Add onion, garlic and spices; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
2.Add rice, stock, vegetables and meatballs to pan. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes or until stock is almost absorbed and meatballs are cooked. Stir in coriander. Serve with yoghurt.
