Orange fudge
1.For orange fudge, crush biscuits and mix with coconut and orange rind.
2.Melt butter and condensed milk. Add to the dry ingredients.
3.Press into a greased tin and refrigerate. Ice with orange icing. Ready in 2 hours and 10 minutes (including refrigeration).
Fudge cake
4.For fudge cake, crush biscuits and mix with coconut, cocoa and mixed fruit and nuts.
5.Melt butter with sweetened condensed milk, then pour onto the dried ingredients and mix.
6.Press into greased tin and refrigerate. Ready in 2 hours and 10 minutes (including refrigeration).
Lemon fudge fingers
7.For lemon fudge fingers, crush biscuits and mix with the coconut.
8.Melt butter and condensed milk together and pour on dry ingredients.
9.Press into greased tin and refrigerate. Ice with lemon icing. Ready in 2 hours and 10 minutes (including refrigeration).
Basic icing
10.To make icing, mix butter, icing sugar and juice. Beat until the icing is smooth. Spread over cakes when they are set.
