Method

1.To make tortilla chips, brush tortillas with a little oil, cut into wedges, arrange on an oven tray and bake in a moderate oven, 180°C, 5-10 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Sauté onion, garlic, Moroccan spice and cumin 2-3 minutes.
3.Add mince, brown well, 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps as it cooks. Cool slightly.
4.Combine beef with cream cheese, sour cream, coriander and lime juice. Mix well. Serve topped with coriander leaves and a drizzle of Tabasco. Accompany with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
