Method
1.Preheat oven to 220ºC (200ºC fan-forced).
2.Cut wings into three pieces at joints; discard tips. Combine chicken with remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss chicken to coat in soy mixture.
3.Place chicken, in single layer, in large shallow baking dish; brush any remaining soy mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in hot oven, turning occasionally, about 30 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
Wing tips can be used to make chicken stock.
