1.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Add garlic and prawns: stir-fry for 1 minute or until prawns curl and change colour. Add carrot, capsicum and corn; stir-fry for 1 minute more.
2.Add onion, honey, soy sauce and cornflour mixture; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until honey coats prawns.
3.Serve prawns sprinkled with sesame seeds and vegie rice (optional).
