Method
Honey mustard pork
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Line a roasting pan with baking paper.
2.Combine honey, garlic and mustard in a large bowl; add pork. Toss pork in sauce to coat evenly. Place pork on a wire rack in prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until glazed and cooked.
3.Meanwhile, make Potato Salad as recipe directs.
4.Serve pork with Potato Salad and mixed salad.
Potato salad
5.Place potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. When cool enough to handle, cut potatoes into quarters.
6.Combine potato and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Replace mustard with 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce if liked.
