Method
1.Heat oiled grill plate (or grill pan or barbecue).
2.Combine horseradish, honey, garlic, vinegar, oil and water in small bowl; season.
3.Pound thickest part of chicken with a mallet. Brush chicken with glaze; cook, turning and basting with glaze, about 10 minutes or until cooked.
4.Serve chicken with salad, and any reserved glaze.
