Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry capsicum 1 minute. Add prawns, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
2.Stir in pineapple, tomato and combined honey, pineapple juice and oyster sauce. Toss until boiling. Stir in onions. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
A little chilli may be added, if desired. Add seafood stock or water as required.
