Method
1.Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a Large frying pan.
2.Sauté 2 chopped onions and 1 crushed garlic clove for 2 minutes, until tender.
3.Add 750g diced beef and brown well for 3-4 minutes. Add 125g sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
4.Stir in 2 tablespoons Gravox Traditional Gravy Mix, then add 400g can crushed tomatoes, 1/2 cup red wine, 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon mixed herbs. Season to taste.
5.Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
6.Just before serving, stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Serve with mashed potato and steamed beans.
