Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a frying pan on high. Cook salmon 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked to taste.
2.Meanwhile, make sauce: combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring, until well mixed and heated through.
3.Serve salmon fillets with broccolini. Drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

Ocean trout fillets can be used in place of salmon, if preferred.
