Method
1.Cut each unpeeled, uncored apple horizontally into four slices. Heat an oiled barbecue grill plate, cook apple and onion, turning, until softened.
2.Meanwhile, cook pork on the heated oiled barbecue grill plate, 5 minutes each side or until cooked as desired. Cover, stand 5 minutes.
3.Stir sauce, juice, stock and apple mixture in a small saucepan over high heat, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
4.Serve pork with sauce.
