Method
1.Preheat grill on medium. Brush both sides of mushrooms with oil. Arrange stem-side up on a foil-lined grill tray. Season to taste.
2.In a bowl, combine herbs and garlic. Sprinkle evenly over mushrooms.
3.Grill mushrooms for 4-5 minutes, until just softened. Top evenly with cheese. Grill for a further 2-3 minutes, until cheese is bubbling. Serve with rocket leaves.
You can also use smaller cup mushrooms in this recipe to make finger food.
