Grilled fetta

Any thick crusty-style bread can be used for this delicious dish. Serve it as a decadent supper on cold winter nights.

Method

1.Preheat grill (broiler).
2.Pat cheese dry with absorbent paper. Place cheese on oven tray lined with foil; brush top and sides with combined oil and paprika. Grill cheese until browned lightly.
3.Lightly brush both sides of bread with extra oil. Toast bread on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides.
4.Sprinkle warm cheese with oregano; serve with toasted bread.
