Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Line baking trays with baking paper. Brush pastry with oil. Combine parmesan and sesame and poppy seeds; sprinkle evenly over pastry. Cut pastry sheets into 2cm strips. Using both hands, shape each strip into a twist. Place on prepared trays. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
2.In a food processor, process ricotta, olive, fetta and garlic until smooth. Spoon dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with onion, chilli and zest; drizzle with extra sesame oil.
3.Serve dip with twists.
